Terms of use

These terms apply to the EasyMail Pro desktop app and to easymailpro.tech. They are an agreement between you and Mosgaard Digital Solutions (CVR 42207136, Denmark). By installing or using the app you accept them.

1. Licence

EasyMail Pro is free. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on computers you own or control, for private or business use. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app or modified copies of it, or remove its notices. Copying, reverse engineering and similar acts are only allowed where the law permits them regardless of these terms.

The app includes open-source components. They are licensed under their own terms, which are included with the app, and nothing here limits your rights under those licences.

2. Your accounts and other services

You connect the app to email accounts and, if you choose, an AI provider. You are responsible for those accounts, for having the right to use them, and for following their providers' terms. Any charges from an AI provider are between you and that provider.

3. Using the app

Do not use EasyMail Pro to send spam, to gain access to accounts that are not yours, or for anything unlawful.

4. EasyMail AI

AI answers, drafts and translations can be wrong or incomplete. Read them before you rely on them or send them. Changes the assistant makes to your mailbox can be undone in the app, but you remain responsible for what is sent and deleted from your accounts.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app or the website at any time. As a free product, the app comes without a promise of support or availability. We will try to give notice of major changes on this site.

6. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app and the website are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own backups: your email providers hold the original copies of your mail.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mosgaard Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit or business interruption arising from the use of the app or the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with its date. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
